Transcripts of Academic Records

Former Students

Towson University has authorized Parchment Exchange to provide official transcripts in electronic or paper format. The cost is $10 for an electronic transcript and $12 for a paper transcript. Former TU students who no longer have access to their student dashboard can order their official transcripts through Parchment Exchange. 

Current Students

Current students may request an official electronic or paper transcript from their student dashboard via Towson Online Services Student Dashboard for a fee of $10 for an electronic transcript and $12 for a paper transcript.

Unofficial Transcripts

Currently enrolled students can view their unofficial transcript at no cost via Towson Online Services Student Dashboard. Former TU students who no longer have access to their student dashboard may only request their unofficial transcript in person at the Enrollment Services Center, Room 223. Unofficial transcripts will not be emailed, mailed, or faxed. 

Disposition of Records

All student records, including academic records from other institutions, are part of the official file and are retained subject to stated policies. They cannot be returned or duplicated for any purpose. Students should obtain their own copies of official credentials for advisory purposes and other personal uses.
